I'm beyond aggravated. I have been an Xfinity customer in Baltimore for a while now, we have always only had 2 TVs in the house. Our main living room has the traditional larger TV box, while in our spare room we have a smaller TV box receiver. I am sorry to hear about the issue with your TV.
