The paint used was also fairly chintzy. Granted I am missing paint on my driver and passenger door jams (at the bottom) there is zero rust on my car what so ever. LABEL EVERYTHING! Use zip lock baggies and sharpies to label bags of bolts and masking tape to label all the connectors on the harness. With everything out give the engine bay a nice cleaning job then inspect and repair any damaged areas of the engine harness. You'll thank me later.. Huffin E85 and lovin every minute of it!!Make all 3 timing marks are dead on: crank and both cams. Install both pulleys, torque to specs. Route belt from crank sprocket (hold the belt with some piece of cardboard paper at the bottom of the sprocket) to idler to CAM 2 ( radiator side) pull the belt as tight as you can so that there's no slack.The only possible "adjustment" is at the clutch pedal. Near the top of the arm is a horizontal rod, the nut on the rod close to the arm is the locknut. Loosen the nut and spin the shaft. Check pedal movement. Adjust as required. In a tib with immobilizer, if you replace your ECU with another one (same date of build, same specs, but different code), the car will not start at all, whatever you try. Starter will turn, but nothing more. Because the code is checked, and if BCM, key and ECU codes don't match, car ... Check fuses, not visually but with a tester or meter. Tester will light on back of fuse when fuse is open (ignition on). Meter should either show "0VDC", or "battery voltage" when checking both fuse tabs on the back side of the fuse to ground.
